Our client is a prominent and reputable player in the manufacturing industry. There is now a need for the business to hire an experienced and proven leader as their Finance Director to support and grow their finance operations across the region.

**Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operations Financial Planning & Analysis and compliance activities which includes:

- Providing business partnering and advisory support to senior management and the employees
- Managing financials for multiple Product Divisions manufactured in Singapore
- Key contact point for Division/BU Finance with the head office and across other regions.
- Involved in annual Strategic Planning process
- Manage the Worldwide Operational Resource Alignment Process
- Provide financial oversight of New Product Introductions, Supplier Analysis, product/location transitions
- Perform analysis of Headcount, COGS, Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory to Management
- Identify opportunities in operational-related areas for improvement by participating in:

- Inventory Optimization Review
- Gross Margin Improvement
- Supplier Investments
- Facilitates financial & operational process improvements and standardization opportunities Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirements

**Requirements**:

- You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience leading Finance teams in a multinational environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively across various cross-functional departments as well as having the ability to form, develop, and lead high-performing teams is highly critical in this role.
- Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within a manufacturing environment is a must for this role.
- To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as well as good organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
