Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement an efficient document control register, database and hard copy filing system.
- Prepare and issue certificate for the products/services.
- Prepare and conduct periodic inspections, audits and reports.
- Coordinate storage and archiving of project/job related and organisational records.
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
