Service Engineer/ Technician

Conduct installation, troubleshoot and repair, test and qualify equipments located at assigned sites
- Provide professional and timely coverage to customers within 24 hours of notification
- Schedule and manage installation and preventive maintenance (PM) activities as well as conduct unscheduled visits at sites
- Determine correct inventory levels of spare parts with supply lines
- Document repairs and resolutions of all customer calls in CRM system and escalate issues to management if needed
- Work with clinical and sales team to resolve quality issues and provide resolutions
- Ensure equipments are in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards
- Work closely with principals on troubleshoots, system upgrades, to conduct research and testings
- Able to attend overseas trainings & meetings
- Diploma and/ or with equivalent experience
- Willing to learn and positive attitude a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
