
Administration Deputy Director

We are looking for a organised and energetic individual to join Vulcan Shield Global as a Administration Deputy Director. The Administration Deputy Director will be required to oversees the day-to-day operations of an organization's administrative functions, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies, ensuring compliance, handling budgets, coordinating facilities management, and acting as a liaison between departments to maintain efficient administrative processes across the company; they are responsible for strategic planning and ensuring smooth administrative operations by leading a team of administrative staff.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement long-term administrative strategies to align with organizational goals.
- **Staff Management**:Lead and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development.
- **Policy Development**:Create and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
- **Budget Management**:Oversee the administrative budget, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Facility Management**:Manage office space, maintenance, and logistics including equipment, supplies, and vendor contracts.
- **Compliance Oversight**:Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and legal requirements regarding administrative functions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and coordination on administrative matters.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare and present reports on administrative performance metrics and key indicators.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with administrative operations.
