- TWS administration experience with its functions to Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain and Troubleshoot failures.
- Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with the Master Domain Manager.
- Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with FTA Unlinks.
- Expert knowledge in troubleshooting Failed jobs and file system full issues
- Capable of handling P1 incidents engage the right stakeholders for the fix.
- Knowledge in Dynamic agents concepts and configurations.
- Knowledge in Event rule management troubleshooting.
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts depending on the project requirements
- Starting and stopping system tasks, monitoring the system consoles for unusual conditions, and working with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems
- Expertise & knowledge to perform IPL and knowledge of HMC operations
- Experienced to support Production/LIVE environment in 24x7 support model
