Singapore MASON & CO PTE. LTD. Full time

The company I’m representing is a leading consumer healthcare MNC with a good presence globally. They are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to help maintain and improve their Quality Management System. This incumbent would have opportunities to gain exposure on both local & regional level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and identify gaps for improvements of Company’s Quality Management Systems in compliance with PIC/S GMP and ISO:9001:2008.
- Review and approve daily production activities, QC testing, incoming materials qualification, batch record and release of final products.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for investigation of product complaints/non-conformance/OOS and generation of CAPA report.
- Support change control management, validation activities, supplier review & evaluation and annual quality review.
- Take part in internal and external audits of/by regulatory authority/suppliers/distributor.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Biology/Chemistry/Microbiology/Science.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in management of quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with GMP and ISO systems, ICH guidelines and other regulatory guidelines.
