Managemet Trainee

**Job description**:
We are seeking:

- Fresh ITE graduates who are passionate about building client relationship, project management and running operations
- Learn about the various areas of operations within the industry and be groomed under the operations career pathway to an eventual manager position

**Job description**
- Understudy the day to day operations of the project know all the functions and operations
- Observe and under the training of experienced staff, learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective at the workplace
- Learn about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact the ground operations.
- Familiarise with the technology and biometrics systems used for the operations within the premises with hands-on learning and training
- Assist manager in completing daily tasks and co-ordinating deployment activities
- Provide administrative support and submission of staff attendance
- Upkeep stocks and inventory of materials, tools & equipment
- Reporting of irregularities to site manager
- Conduct regular inspection and technologies used at the workplace
- Understudy and ensure the compliance of safety practices and other regulations

**Requirements**:

- Management trainees will undergo training at the workplace
- Minimum ITE graduates with no related experience but a willingness learn
- IT background an asset but not compulsory
- Able to communicate with all levels and a good team player
- Fixed working hours
