Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, emerging trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, while optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the design and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met, and budgets are effectively allocated.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies, with a deep understanding of online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as the ability to create compelling content in both languages.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector, is advantageous.
- A track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
