‐ 仕込みや材料の下準備

‐ 魚の発注業務
- メニュー開発
- 若手職人へ技術指導
- 店舗運営
- その他関連業務

Seeking for Singaporeans who are fluent in Japanese speaking and provide excellent Japanese to English translation
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide Japanese language translation both verbal and in writing
- Able to interpret instructions from non-English speaking Japanese to other stakeholders and staff
- Work closely with the Company’s staff to translate and voice over for business meetings and presentations.
- Translate English to Japanese language and Japanese to English for different departments and stakeholders
- Support in meeting minutes
- Handling Travel arrangement
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

応募資格

[必須条件]
- 最低8年の日本料理人としての経験がある方
- カウンターでお客様と話すことに抵抗のない方

[優遇条件]
- 指導経験のある方
- 日本での割烹料理・寿司職人経験が望ましい
- ミシュラン獲得店での経験

Must]
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Japanese cuisine chef
- Must not be afraid to talk to customers at the counter

[Advantage]
- Experience in training young craftsman
- Experience as a kappo chef or sushi chef in Japan is preferred
- Experience working at a Michelin-starred restaurant
