**职责**

- 实施学校特色课程，例如语言沉浸式项目（阅读）。

**高质量的学习环境**：
- 维护和提升教室环境的美观性，支持具有吸引力、安全且关怀的学习空间。
- 筛选并整合适当的开放式教学材料，丰富学习过程。

**学生观察与记录**：
- 通过详尽的档案、照片、视频和书面记录观察并记录儿童的学习过程。
- 利用这些记录评估儿童的发展里程碑，并为家长会提供支持。

**协作与专业精神**：
- 与同事、支持人员和学校领导协同工作，确保学习体验的连贯性。
- 参与持续的专业发展，接受创新的教学实践。

**家长参与**：
- 通过定期沟通与家长建立牢固的合作伙伴关系，使他们参与到学习过程中并提供孩子的进展更新。

**支持学校价值观与目标**：
- 遵守学校的政策和准则，以维护教育标准，并践行学校的愿景与价值观。

**需求**:

- 表现出对幼教的热情，并具有创意和活力
- 幼儿保育和教育大专文凭（中文语言）
- 拥有至少一年教学经验者优先考虑
- 优秀的中文书写，沟通与人际交往能力 (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- 能独立作业以及团队合作
- 思想开明，愿意了解瑞吉欧艾米莉亚的方案教学法并且展现良好的适应能力
- 能积极的接受反馈和建议
