Thales DIS - Digital Banking offers a simplified digital experience solution to enable banks to secure their banking use cases: new account opening, log-in, enrollment to additional services and transaction signing. This sophisticated solution portfolio includes IdCloud and mobile authentication solutions.
We are seeking a Solution Integrator with experience and strong technical background in Cloud/On-premise environment, Java software development and system integration background to manage the full solution integration of our Digital Banking products and solutions.
You will bring your engineering expertise and support experience to help deliver successfully projects within deadlines/costs, and work closely with Project Manager and functional teams (Sales and Product, and R&D teams). You will lead the engineering aspect of the delivery team, continuously help in project delivery and ensure team technical competency to match the ongoing, rapid changing technical environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the integration and delivery of solutions to customers in cloud/on-premise, according to the customer requirements and the project plan following best practices
- Design, develop and validate specified custom banking solution projects
- Provide visibility to Project Manager on partner/customer integration progress
- Provide technical guidance and participate in training, troubleshooting, validation of entire solution until project completion and customer acceptance
- Support Project Manager in handover all the details of the project completion to Operation team
- Provide support for in-depth technical analysis and resolution to Operation team
- Optimize solution and delivery processes
- Work with multiple teams across the organization and in a multicultural environment
**Requirements**:
Technical / Functional skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
- Strong knowledge and experience as Fullstack Developer (Server, Desktop and Mobile technology)
- Highly experienced in both client and back-end programming language/platform (Java,.NET, C/C++, Javascript)
- Proficiency working with Unix/Windows OS and on cloud environment. Proficiency in cloud message API and usage of push notification.
- Good knowledge of tools (e.g. Confluence, GIT, Jira, Splunk)
- Knowledge of database (e.g. Oracle) and ability to run SQL queries
- Knowledge of Python, shell scripting, smart cards, EMV, cryptography, security is a plus
- Ability to take up a new technology and perform development based on client requirements.

- Good at documentation (specifications, user guide creation)
