**Position Overview**: As a Floral Assistant Intern at The Weekend Florist, you will work closely with our skilled florists to learn the art of floral design and assist in creating stunning arrangements. You will have the chance to gain insights into the daily operations of a busy floral studio, from selecting the freshest blooms to arranging and packaging beautiful bouquets and centerpieces.

**Job Responsibility**:
Order Management:

- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, including floral arrangement creation, packaging, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery services for timely and safe product delivery.

Floral Design and Arrangement:

- Create floral designs including bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative items per customer specifications.
- Maintain high-quality floral arrangements to meet customer expectations.

Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries, manage order changes, and resolve complaints promptly.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed by placing orders with suppliers.
- Inspect incoming flowers and plants for quality and ensure proper care for longevity.

Quality Control:

- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Implement and follow quality control procedures for product consistency.

Corporate Floral Services:

- Design high-quality floral arrangements for corporate subscription clients.
- Perform weekly floral change-outs at corporate clients' boutiques.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven experience in floral design, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in handling inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations.
- Ability to manage inventory and handle supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
- Experience with digital marketing or online retail is a plus.
- Class 3/3A Driving License preferred.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Tai Seng, our studio is a short walk from the MRT station.
- Job Type: Full Time
- Gross Salary: $3,000 per month
