Product Lead, Invest

As a **Product Lead, Invest** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

This role is accountable for the product management, delivery, commercialisation and growth of managed investment solutions across discretionary portfolio mandates (DPM), mutual funds and ETFs across both advised and execution-only bases.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Be a product champion for managed investment solutions within the team
- Manage a cross-functional squad to deliver the product within time, cost and resource constraints
- Lead the engagement with stakeholders in fund selection, discretionary portfolio management and advisory elements including the production of relevant documents (eg. product due diligence documents, overall procedures)
- Develop and draft product guidelines, processes and policies from scratch in line with regulatory, operational and risk requirements
- Collaborate with various functional teams and squads to conduct product discovery, gain alignment across teams, product detailed scoping documents and obtain necessary approvals
- Collaborate with data teams for setup and ongoing administration of management information systems, deep dive into user behaviour and analysis of data to assist with planning and strategic initiatives

- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years' experience, preferably in managed solutions in a bank within Singapore
- 5-10 years of executive operational experience overseeing all aspects of a managed solutions product
- Hands-on and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record of leading and developing teams in a growing business
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
- Strong prioritization capability and decision making skills
- Knowledgeable and experienced in executing Scrum frameworks/ guidelines with certification in one of the following courses (Scrum Alliance CSPO, Scrum.org PSPO or SAFE 5.0 and upwards)
