**Main Responsibility**:
You shall assist the Operations team in their contractual daily collections and mentor new and inexperienced drivers. In addition, you shall assist in the on-the-job training ( practical segment) of new drivers in terms of truck handling, driving maneouvring and equipment handling.

Main Tasks include but not limited to the following:

- Carry out collection on routes as assigned
- Mentor new drivers
- Accompany drivers on the first few days of their new routes
- Conduct OJT on truck driving and equipment
- Act as contingent driver occasionally

**Requirements**:

- Class 4/5 driving licence
- Good driving record
- 5 years of experience driving heavy duty trucks
- Speaks simple English for communication in OJT sessions
