Ecommerce Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated part-time assistant to support our growing online store operations. You will work closely with our small team to manage product listings, optimize visuals, and monitor performance across multiple platforms.

**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
**Listing new products**
- Prepare product details, variations, pricing, keywords, etc.
- Upload to platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopee and others

**Editing and optimizing images**
- Basic photo editing (e.g., resizing, background clean-up, alignment) using tools like Canva or Photoshop
- Naming and organizing files properly for upload

**Monitoring product performance**
- Track sales, ad performance, customer reviews, stock levels
- Highlight fast/slow movers and suggest potential adjustments

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a **plus**:

- Familiarity with platforms like **Amazon, Shopee, Etsy, eBay** is preferred
- Basic image editing skills (Canva/Photoshop or equivalent)
- Good command of English and Chinese (for product copywriting/editing)
- Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
