**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase and promote our products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and building rapport with the audience.
- Create compelling and entertaining content to attract and retain viewership during live streams.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies for product promotion and sales conversion.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and features to optimize live streaming performance.
- Monitor and analyze live stream metrics to identify areas for improvement and increase effectiveness.
- Represent our brand professionally and maintain a positive image throughout live streaming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a TikTok content creator or live streamer, with a strong portfolio of engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and interact with viewers in real-time.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including its features, trends, and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
