**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all architectural works in accordance with requirements and project specifications.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local codes (e.g., BCA, URA) and MOE guidelines.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of architectural drawings.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of architectural works meets statutory and contractual standards.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E services to avoid design clashes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any site-related architectural issues.
- Support in preparing reports, progress updates, and documentation required by MOE and other agencies.
- Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections with consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure architectural finishes and materials are in line with approved samples and educational facility standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, preferably on institutional or government projects.
- Familiar with local codes and authority submission processes, especially BCA, URA, and MOE standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience working with government agencies or on public sector projects (e.g., MOE, HDB, LTA) is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently on-site and manage multiple deadlines.
