Fst Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Main responsibility of FST Coordinator is to assist the Analytical Assessment Manager in the day-to-day daily FST & Exxon operations and also ensuring the accurate and timely release of laboratory test results in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with analysts, verifying data integrity, addressing discrepancies, and maintaining efficient communication to ensure quality control and compliance.

**1) Result Verification & Release**:

- Ensure that all released results meet internal quality control (QC) criteria and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-check raw data, calculations, and final reports for accuracy.

**2) Coordination & Communication**:

- Cross-check raw data, calculations, and final reports for accuracy
- Liaise with analysts, quality assurance teams, and operations staff to resolve any issues affecting result release.
- Communicate with clients regarding urgent or critical results.

**3) Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and escalate atypical, out-of-specification (OOS), or disputed results as per SOP.
- Coordinate rechecks or reanalysis when necessary.
- Implement corrective actions for recurring issues in accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- able to commit overtime work including weekends when required, due to tight work schedules or deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory SOPs, quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data verification, report review and issue resolution.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
