Private Client Advisor

**Company Background**

We are a start up boutique property fund that is licensed under MAS. Our team has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment both in SG and Australia. We also provide Advisory services in the real estate market including property strategy, repositioning of assets, asset enhancement, fund raise for property rehaul and end to end project management.

Due to rapid business expansion, we are looking for Private Client Advisors to expand relationships and network with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, accredited and institutional investors. The role is based in Singapore.

**Key responsibilities**
- Leverage off your current network and client base to attract new HNWIs and AIs to the fund
- Identify and develop a pipeline clients in the high-net-worth segment who has interest in real estate investment Funds in line with Abiel’s mandate.
- Identify and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, accredited and institutional investors across global markets, who are looking to diversify and access high-quality investment opportunities
- Develop sales strategies to increase clientele growth
- Actively identify prospects and establish contact with them with the objective of converting such prospects into clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and Abiel’s product proposition and create a match in needs
- Work with senior management to create business development strategy
- Keep abreast of potential networking events
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding competitive advantage
- Adherence to risk management and compliance requirements, company policy and procedures.

**Key requirements**
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the financial industry in business development or sales roles
- Have an existing network of clients or prospects
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Well presented
- Results oriented
- Proven track record in investment sales preferred but not essential
- Excellent character is essential for this role - integrity, hardworking and perseverance.
- Prior business development experience preferred
