DESIGNATION : Outlet Executive (Jurong Point)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Outlet Manager and your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Manage food court according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Handle operational issues
- Customer Facing role
- Manages the service concierge in the outlet
- Ensures management presence is present in the outlet
- Answers customer queries, for eg. K Card issues
- Dealing with external parties like ESG/SFA on issues for faster service recovery
- Coordinator for initiatives and projects
- Safe Management Measures
- Tray Return Scheme
- Implementation of different models of Mix & Match Delivery concepts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably someone with Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related courses
- Preferably 2 years experience in F&B
- Tech Savvy
- Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
- Ability to foster positive working relationships
OTHER INFORMATION
- 6 days work week including weekend and public holidays
- Rotating Shift, 8 hours per shift
