Responsibilities
- To manage a team of PE and drafter to execute multiple projects within project schedule, project budget and meeting quality standards
- Develop effective resource plan (including PE and drafting) to ensure project targets are met.
- Responsible for project engineering and detail design to meet the project specification, prepare the project document and deliverables.
- Perform basic engineering calculations.
- Perform detail design and engineering of analytical systems including layout drawings, structural drawings, sampling schematic, wiring drawings, HVAC design, third party system integration (DCS/AMADAS/DAS).
- Selection of electrical equipment suitable for hazardous area classification according to various standards.
- Prepare Master Bill of Material, issue Material Request, evaluate technical quote and coordinate with Sourcing/PM for buyout materials.
- Support and corporate with QC/Production/Service Engineer for quality checks, fabrication and testing activities.

Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Chemical or Instrumentation
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Analyzer System Integration business
- Familiar with various industry standards, e.g. IEC, ASME, ISO etc
- Familiar with specific country / area regulatory and certification requirements, e.g. Russia, Australia, Offshore etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chemical Engineering Calculations (Phase Envelope, Flow Calculation, Pressure Drop Calculation, Heating Calculation etc)
- Industrial knowledge in oil and gas
- Expert in Analyzer sampling system design (sample probe design, Pre-conditioning system, Sample conditioning systematic)
- Industrial knowledge in structural, mechanical, power and signal distribution, fire and gas, networking, PLC, control system design
- Knowledge in hazardous area installation
