
Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate logístical aspects of events, such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements.
- Prepare event materials, including name tags, programs, and promotional items.
- Manage event registration processes, including online registration systems and attendee databases.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to event participants, exhibitors, and sponsors.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event marketing materials, such as invitations and newsletters.
- Assist with on-site event management, including registration check-in, attendee assistance, and speaker coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and analysis, including gathering feedback and generating reports.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business and/or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an event setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using event management software and online registration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Able to start immediately.
