As the international arm of Kingdee, Kingdee International Software Group is looking for a **Business Analyst**to support ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. ERP Implementation & Project Execution**
- Work closely with end user of clients to **gather business requirements**and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in the **implementation of ERP solutions**, including finance, HR, supply chain, and payroll modules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including **product team, consultants, and project managers**, to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct **system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support**.

**2. Business Process Analysis & Documentation**
- Analyze and **document current and future business processes**, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system design documents.
- Work with stakeholders to align business processes with ERP best practices.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement & Training**
- Act as a bridge between **technical teams and business users**, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide **end-user training and support**, developing training materials and documentation.
- Assist in **change management strategies**to ensure successful ERP adoption.

**4. Data & System Integration**
- Support **data migration**activities from legacy systems to ERP.
- Work with developers to validate integration requirements.

**Requirements**:
**- 5 years of experience**in business analysis, project implementation, or ERP consulting.
- Strong understanding of **ERP solutions (finance, HR, supply chain, payroll, or CRM modules)**.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must. Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
- Experience in **full-cycle ERP implementation projects**, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Renumeration will be based on seniority of the applicant.
- Proficiency in **business process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis**.
- Ability to **analyze data and support system integration**efforts.
- Strong **problem-solving and communication skills**to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of **SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration**is a plus.
- Experience in **Kingdee ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems**is an advantage.
