**Description - External**

Investment Operations is one of the infrastructure pillars supporting Income’s multi asset investment portfolios of over $36 billion. Partnering other departments across the organization and key providers, Investment Operations (IV Ops) provides operational oversight and support throughout the investment lifecycle.

You will be part of the team to support key reporting work responsibilities that supports the management of insurance funds’ assets.
- Preparations of reports, review portfolio related activities and movements to meet financial accounting and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of various financial and regulatory reports
- Perform relevant reconciliations, controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion of reporting and operational tasks
- Investigate exceptions and engage with relevant internal and external parties (such as custodian) to follow up on queries and address issues
- Ensure adherence to controls, compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Support investment linked funds related reporting which includes factsheet and financial reporting
- Assist in report preparations required for review and statutory audits
- Participate in Initiatives involving with the investment portfolio, controls, risk management, statutory and regulatory changes impacting BAU processes
- Recommend and implement procedural changes / process improvement opportunities to streamline process, enhance accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the reporting process
- Research and implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements
- Participation in projects or other ad-hoc tasks as allocated

**Qualifications - External**
- University Degree in the Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial industry and regulatory reporting
- Prior experience in audit firm or insurance sector will be an added advantage
- Strong fund accounting knowledge, skills and experience in various investment asset classes and related processes
- Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment to meet tight filing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous with eye for details
