Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operations of cafeteria.
- Manage, build, and maintain cordial relationship with clients.
- Manage the performance and morale of the employees.
- Plan and execute monthly rotating menus and special food promotion with the Chef.
- Ensure quality and wholesome food is served.
- Ensure all areas of services provided are maintained at the require standard.
- Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards for the outlet.
- Submit weekly and monthly status report to immediate superior.
- Administer and maintain staff record; inform HR of staff movement within the outlet.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Preferably to be energetic and motivated to serve.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

- Adhere to the client’s HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

Job Requirements:

- Preferable with F&B experience in similar capacity as a supervisor.
- At least 1-year experience in the related field.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
