Singapore PROMINENT FLUID CONTROLS (FAR EAST) PTE LTD Full time

We are seeking a Sales & Service Support (Executive) to join our growing team at Prominent Fluid Controls (Far East) Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in Ubi, and you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and customer service operations.

**What you'll be doing**

**Sales Support**
- You will be handling a handful of our key customers orders.
- Act as a checker to support customers in verifying the correctness of their orders.
- Process the customers purchase order.
- Monitor and track order status
- Communicate precise shipment details to customers through standardized reports to aid in their planning.
- Facilitate and support customer requests and coordinate shipment of ready goods.
- Provide a month-end status report on outstanding items yet to be collected.

**Service Support**
- You will assist the service team to communicate with our customers to follow up on the next steps after the service report is issued.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers to assist in their decision-making.
- Relay customer questions to the service engineers provide support to customer decision making process.
- Process purchase orders and maintain ongoing communication regarding the status of repairs.

**What we're looking for**

You should be a detail-oriented person with a strong focus on customer service. This role requires you to handle purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate logistics while ensuring clear and precise communication with customers. Your problem-solving skills will enable you to relay customer inquiries effectively to internal teams and support our customers decision-making processes. With a proactive approach, you monitor order status, prepare quotations, and follow up on post-service needs. You will be required to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide timely updates on outstanding orders. Thriving in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver exceptional support to customers and internal teams.
