**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order processing, and compliance with safety and organizational standards. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize warehouse productivity and maintain high service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/purchasing teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.

2. Order Fulfillment
- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Address discrepancies or issues related to orders, shipments, or returns.

3. Warehouse Operations
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Monitor equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure safe usage.

4. Reporting & Technology
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and operational performance.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or other tools for tracking and analysis.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supervisory roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking production colleagues.
- Certifications: Training in logistics/safety standards is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects.
