**YOUR NEW JOB**:
As a **Systems and Storage Engineer**, you’ll be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure across **VMware, storage, Windows/Linux servers, and backup**environments. This is a **project implementation-heavy role**working closely with clients to translate high-level designs and BOMs into **low-level implementation plans and deployment workbooks**.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, with a strong focus on project-based implementation work and hands-on system integration.

**WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU**:

- 2 years of experience in a **Systems or Infrastructure Engineering**role
- Hands-on experience with **VMware or Hyper-V**setup and configuration
- Setup and management of **SAN switches, iSCSI and Fibre Channel storage**systems
- Strong understanding of **Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS-SQL**:

- Experience with **Linux**(Ubuntu, RedHat or SUSE)
- Familiarity with **backup solutions**(e.g., Veeam)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong documentation skills (e.g., Visio, draw.io)
- Ability to translate high-level designs (HLD) and BOMs into low-level designs and implementation plans
- Comfortable coordinating directly with clients during deployments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT**:

- Experience with **AWS or Azure cloud**environments
- **M365 administration**skills (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, EntraID)
- Knowledge in hardening **Windows, Linux, and ESXi**environments
- Hands-on experience with **Hyper-V, Blade**servers, and cloud backup tools
- **Relevant certifications**: VMware, Microsoft, Veeam, etc.
