Roles & Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am -6:00pm (We are operating on hybrid arrangement - 2 days WFO)
- Kallang Bahru
- $2,300 to $3,000

About this role:

- An exciting newly created role has come up for a Finance Executive based in Singapore. This is a highly visible role and you'll be working with the brightest and most talented colleagues in the digital creative space in a high growth organization. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the accounting functions, assisting on the daily tasks for company & its sister companies.
- You will report to the Finance Manager, based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily invoicing for completed campaigns, preparing documents requested by clients
- Bank reconciliation
- Organizing and filing of documents
- Assist team on month-end closing activities, journal entries and adjustments
- Assist and support the Office Manager on administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience working in a startup/tech/digital media industry. Entry level are welcome to apply
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance or working towards any other professional accounting qualification is strongly desirable.
- Experience in financial reporting standards, managing budgets, and media campaigns would be an added advantage
- An energetic self-starter who is able to work both independently and within a team
- Able to work under tight deadlines with fast turnaround times.
- Takes initiative and has excellent communication skills to engage with people from all levels and cross-department including peers, vendors, suppliers, clients and senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a startup culture: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organised and attention to detail
- Bonus: Accounting software (XERO) and superior Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
