**_Your Mission & Responsibilities ahead of you _**

As our Swap Experience Coordinator, you serve as a key driver within the retail store to support supply, sales & client services at The Fashion Pulpit shop.

**_Day-to-day responsibilities: _**
- Ensure exceptional client (swapper and non-swapper) experiences and establish loyalty within the community.
- Supervise the shop and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
- Educate clients on The Fashion Pulpit’s mission and business structure.
- Drive sales through the engagement of clients, suggestive selling, and sharing service/product knowledge.
- Take part in analyzing store performance, and identify what actions are required in order to achieve business objectives.
- Opening/Closing responsibilities

- Natural flair for interacting and communicating with people.

**_About the role: _**

This is a full-time permanent role based out of our OUE Downtown Gallery studio. This position is on 5 working days (includes alternate weekends and PH).
