Teacher-aide Learning Resources Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of learning resources, including typing/scanning content, word formatting,printing, cutting, laminating, sourcing resources online, and preparing materials or manipulatives for basic grammar and arithmetic lessons.
- Tagging, packing, labelling, and distributing learning resources.
- Cataloguing and stock-tagging learning materials.
- Conducting regular stocktaking of learning resources.
- Packing and maintaining the upkeep of all resource storage areas.
- Preparing resources for the Science Lab.
- Assisting teachers in preparing and distributing materials during Science Lab lessons.
- Maintaining and organizing resources in special rooms.
- Collecting and collating data for surveys and school events.
- Providing administrative support for school events (e.g., PSLE duties,Parent-Child-Teacher Conferences, Parent-Teacher Meetings, etc.).
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the school.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' Level with a pass in English.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills.
- Self-directed, dependable, well-organized, resourceful, and customer oriented.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of administrative experience.

**Working Hours**:

- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
