Bedok, Singapore DLM PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and transferring of incoming calls;
- Assist in the daily incoming mails/fax collection and distribute to respective persons;
- Organize and coordinate various corporate events;
- Monitor and replenishing of office supplies;
- Perform and coordinate with external IT vendor for simple troubleshooting;
- Issuance and termination of staff access card;
- Arrange with respective persons on renewal of vehicle road tax;
- Arrange with respective persons on foreign worker medical examination;
- Arrange accommodation and necessary training for new foreign workers;
- Update and maintain staffs’ personal records, and all leaves related matters using payroll system;
- Process of workers’ overtime cards;
- Review and posting of employees’ petty cash reimbursement claim;
- Maintain an efficient central filing system for HR and Admin Department;
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT troubleshooting
- Knowledge in Infotech software is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- 5 day work week
