**Job Key Responsibilities：**
- All Social media & maketing (online digital and offline shops)

Online (Digital and Social)
- Handle full-cycle of pre and post social media management for 3 business entities: shoot photos and videos, edit and design content, post contents for the entities’ platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, 小红书 etc)
- Manage the social media content calendar, developing and executing posts that align with consumer communications objectives that deliver against business objectives.
- Allocate and monitor advertising budgets.
- Boost and track social content on relevant platforms.
- Daily monitor all social media advertisement/boosts and strategies accordingly
- Attend to client’s enquiries on social platform.
- Assist B2C outreach on potential online platform such as FAVE, Shopee, Lazada etc.
- Monitor the ongoing company digital presence (Google Lisiting, Reviews etc)
- Grow business’ brand influence and have a conversion strategy in place while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness
- Update website.

Offline (Shops)
- Design and print marketing and sales collaterals (posters, menus etc)
- Support ad-hoc work request when required

**Job requirements**
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing related experience in any industry, preferably beauty service industry
- Highly motivated by success but a team player with strong people skills; and a strong customer focus
- Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the internal and external stakeholders while proposing creative solutions
- Added advantage if proficient in Capcut/Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
- Positive attitude.
