**About the Job**:
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our **_Senior Project Consultant / Project Consultant. _**This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience and continuously learn and grow in a supportive environment. The Project Consultant reports to the **Project Manager.
**Responsibilities**:

- Support implementation of Human Resources System through management of project schedule, system setup, troubleshooting during implementation as well as providing Go-live and Post-live support.
- Collaborate with clients on gathering business requirements for system implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Configure software solutions to meet clients’ specifications.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolutions to clients on system issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Assist with demonstration of Human Resources System as and when needed.
- Manage and handle CRM-user support tickets.
- Maintain technical documentation, user manuals etc
- Conduct Human Resources System training.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience.
- Meticulous and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess sense of urgency and is resourceful and proactive in resolving clients’ issues.
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
