Lazy Shark is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about skincare and possess excellent communication skills to join our team as Skincare Sales Associates.

As a salesperson, you will represent Lazy Shark at our pop-up skincare booth located in the bustling Jewel Changi, a vibrant retail and lifestyle destination in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for university students looking for a holiday job to gain valuable sales experience in the beauty industry.

This is a part-time position that requires you to be available to work from **23 June to 18 July **, with the possibility of a longer working period depending on performance and experience.

The booth opens from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week, so you must be available to work on some weekends. Working hours are flexible based on a rostered schedule.

This position pays $8/hr + up to 7% commission

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their skincare needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and confidently explain the benefits and features of our skincare range.
- Actively promote Lazy Shark products, promotions, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing booth, ensuring products are well-presented and properly stocked at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Proactively build and maintain customer relationships, offering personalized skincare advice and product recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest product releases to ensure an informed sales approach.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and regular stocktaking.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about different skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare routines.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers, building relationships, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, adapting to a dynamic retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, as is maintaining a professional appearance.
