Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house **Beauty Division **, for a **Regional Communication Manager **based in Singapore.

This role reports to the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty Marketing Director, APAC and is responsible for executing the communication plans, designed globally, in the region APAC. Its ultimate objective is to drive brand image, awareness and premiumization of the brand, in line with the requirements of the Luxury Beauty industry. The Manager will work closely with local partners such as retailers, brand teams and distributors to ensure a smooth process and implementation at local level and with the global communication team in the HQ in Milan.

The Manager will sit within the marketing department, working closely with the local Digital and Brand Management, as well as the global Social Marketing, PR, Events and Celebrity Management teams.

**How you will contribute**
- Develop, manage and execute overall communications strategy for APAC region with clear communication plans for traditional, digital & social platforms
- Lead, execute and own all aspects of PR & communications to support key fragrance & makeup launches and initiatives at regional level
- End-to-end project management for the implementation of the regional strategy, ensuring key deadlines are met and brand guidelines are respected
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including Digital, Image, Social, Media, PR, Celebrity Mgmt, Global Marketing in global teams and external stake holders to ensure impactful and coherent 360 activations
- Guide APAC markets and retailers to deliver top notch execution in line with brand positioning and target audiences as brand custodian
- Be the main point of contact for the local teams to ensure approval & correct execution of all IM / PR activations including but not limited to:

- Launching events, PR & influencer partnership programs
- Influencer submissions & talent content proposals
- Obtain regular information on local initiatives & provide post-campaign reports, sharing insights & learnings with the wider team to fuel future successful local activations
- Manage PR Events for corporate level when required, partnering with fashion house, supporting with budget monitoring, cost negotiation, timeline management and management of all external parties (agency, influencers, press)
- Analyse and identify opportunities to further storytelling ambitions in all media coverage received
- Oversee the development of all influencer activation tools including profiling, content, seeding, and event implementation, as well as activation calendars and timelines
- Manage APAC Influencer & Ambassador program, including the identification of and pitching for potential influencers & ambassador(s), defining activation calendar and relationship management
- Oversee and collaborate with local teams to monitor & analyse monthly results across all tracking platforms, preparing detailed campaign reports based on KPIs and identifying key insights to be shared with the Senior Leadership Team
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape, providing regular insights & information to the wider team
- Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments

**Key requirements & Competencies**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant press relations, event management, influencer marketing & communication experience (with luxury brands preferably)
- Highly entrepreneurial with a ‘start-up mentality’, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure, willingness to learn new things, getting out of the comfort zone
- Experience in working with key opinion leaders (influencers, MUA, ambassadors, celebrities)
- Experience in working with luxury / licensed brands is desirable
- Experience in working with, and knowledge of APAC markets (previous experience in a regional role is desirable), preferably at regional office
- Customer-focused with expertise understanding partners’ and their customers' needs to build tailored and highly effective plans
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills, aligned with priorities
- Great attention to detail always, with a luxury mindset
- Ability to communicate across a big organisation at all levels, and manage multiple stakeholders
- An innovative & disruptive way of thinking, with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude
- Enthusiastic, able to work proactively, and eager to always find new/impactful ideas to support the business
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty & influencer industries
- Budget management
- Fluent in spoken/written English
- Knowledge of Chinese language will be a plus
