Singapore ISO CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position - ICPL (Singapore)**:
Your primary responsibilities include nurturing existing clients, cross-selling and upselling ICPL’s range of services (Quality, Safety, Information Security, Enviroment etc) and acquiring new clients to expand our presence.

Key services include ISO Standards Consultancy & Training.

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in Singapore.
- Achieve sales targets across various service lines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and support contract closures.
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships to enhance ICPL’s brand in the region.

**Requirements**:

- **Location**: Based in Singapore with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in certification, training, or assessment industries.
- **Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven sales and client management expertise.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
