**Key Responsibilities**:
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
Understand the objective of each parameter, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.
Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data.
Create calculated measures, custom visuals, and interactive elements in Power BI.
Developed products must be able to highlight failing Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and trigger alerts for correction action with relevant function.
Create and maintain the database using Microsoft access query to support user needs and ensure database is refreshed on time and accurately.
Transform and prepare data for reporting purposes, including data cleansing and modeling.
To configure and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports.
To maintain documentation of functional, solution specifications, and codes according to best practices.
Optimize Power BI queries and data connections for performance.
Provide training and support to end-users in utilizing Power BI reports.

Stay up to date with Power BI best practices and new features to enhance reporting capabilities.
Provide business analytics to management as and when required.

**Requirements and Specific Skills**:
At least a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power BI.
Have strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder).
Have relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications is an added advantage.
Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with high attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.
