SAP Developer (Enterprise Applications)

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the team that develops and maintains Enterprise Applications for DSO’s internal corporate and business functions.
- Conduct requirements gathering from users and business owners, analyse the requirements and then translate these into technical requirements for the developers.
- Conduct user journey and gather feedback to improve DSO Enterprise Applications
- Improve productivity through enabling automation for business processes.
- Provide technical expertise to address user’s IT issues pertaining to the Enterprise Applications.
- Ensure the availability and data integrity of DSO Enterprise Applications
- Manage vendors working with our Organisation

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computing with Management / Human capital Management / IT Project Management / User Experience and Digital Product Design
- Able to work both independently as well as with a team.
- Knowledge in (a) development and testing practices like Unit Testing, Load Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (b) UX/UI Design (c) Waterfall/Agile Development Cycle
- Knowledge in different parts of a software stack such as frontend (web), midware (workflow engines, API service), and backend systems (such as databases, tables).
- Knowledge in SAP platform technologies such as ABAP OO programming, BAPI, Netweaver, ABAP workbench and development tools (e.g. Dialog Programming, Smartform, ABAP Webdynpro, Workflows etc.), SAP HANA, O-Data Service and UI5, FIORI development, SAP transactions, ABAP dictionary, form builder, standard and custom Interactive/ALV report.
- Knowledge in SAP functional domains such as HR, FI, CO, SD, MM, PS configurations, transactions, business process, scheduler
- Perform SAP Enhancement using User Exit, Customer Exits and Enhancement Point.
- Self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies and programming languages
