**Job Description & Requirements**:
1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Products and processes meets quality and regulatory requirements.
- Be familiar with grease production formula and processes, prefer with 5 years’ experience in grease production or related work.
- Have knowledge of automation system in grease production, optimize relevant process parameters and conditions according to the product characteristics and grades and finally achieve goal of automated production.
- Ensure materials and finished products are stored and monitored per requirement.

2. Productivity Improvement.
- Lead and influence people for continuous improvement in operations measures.
- Develop and put in place technically capable employee.
- Formulate and implement operational procedures and strategies.
- Good utilization and allocation of manpower and machines.
- Ensure that required initial and continuing training of the personnel is carried out and adapted to need.

3. Responsible for compliance to QHSE/SAP procedure and requirement.

4. Responsible for 6S management.

5. To complete task and duties assigned by the management or Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer to have minimum 5 years of related work experience in Grease.
- Good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision; self-motivated, willing to handle work stress.
