**Workplace Tech Support Engineer**

Job Title: Workplace Tech Support Engineer

Work Location: Central Area, Singapore

**About the Job**

The Workplace Tech Support Engineer ensures that all the technologies are well maintained and functional.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Working in the Workplace Tech team, providing support for all technical aspects of the Digital Workspace and ensuring maximum efficiency.

2. Continuously help modernise the Digital Workspace experience and ensure that the life cycle of every component is well managed.

3. Manages the fleet of monitors, cables, and peripherals to ensure continuous usability.

4. Keeping all Workplace Tech documentation is updated and providing reports

**Job Requirements**:
1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent

2. 1+ years in operations IT support experience

3. Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting is preferred

4. Self-motivated to work on your own and as part of a team

5. Detail-oriented, organised, methodical, follow up skills with an analytical thought process

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

7. Agile and adaptable to change
