Bim Modeller

**Our client is one of the leading key players in property development & construction company with a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. They are currently seeking for BIM Modeller to assist their operation.**

**Note: This role does not provide pass sponsorship.**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- To develop 3D BIM models for construction and coordination.
- To work with construction project team for drafting and preparation of drawings with BIM models with BIM related software, regulations.
- To prepare shop detail drawings for Client/ Consultants approval.
- To assist BIM Coordinators /BIM Manager to check integrity and accuracy of models submitted by sub-contractors.
- To liaise with Site Engineer and Consultants on design/ detail requirements.
- To follow the company system on documentation and control of drawings including easy retrieval.
- Highlight discrepancies between drawings, specification and/ or contract documents.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by your immediate superior or higher management.
