Record keeping and maintaining database files
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding technical items;
- Manage and maintain technical documents for vessels, projects;
- Review technical plans under technical manager’s supervision;
- Assist Audit Department with flag state inspection and audit coordination;
- Assist in regional inspector monitoring;
- Participate in onboard flag inspections, audits and investigations as required;
- Assist Safety Department with Port State Control matters;
- Conduct ISPS and ISM/ISO Audits aboard vessels and client premises as required;
- Prepare, distributes and follow-up on invoices for technical services;
- Support necessary marketing activity as required;
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management-level personnel.
- Collecting of data and information and creating reports
- File vessel’s certificates in compliance with class, statutory, survey, flag requirements
- Follow up with Flag Administrative for Authorizations, Exemptions and other pertaining matters
- Vessel’s Class Status Follow-Up
- KPI records
- Liaison with service technicians attending vessels
- Monthly Reports
- Certificates dispatching to the Vessels
- Communications with Agents all over the world
- Involve in other related tasks as required for support the assigned Technical teams.
