**JOB SUMMARY**
The job required the person to manage end-to-end supply chain processes for Takeda Singapore LOC that included, but limited to, demand planning; inventory management; new product launches coordination related to supplies; and vendor/business partners management. This role also requires strict adherence to available guidelines and policies; either due to governmental regulations, or internal standard operation procedures (SOP).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Review and improve current supply chain processes in line with company objectives and strategies.
- Review and/or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Ensure proper internal control on documentation and records based on available policies and guidelines.
- Periodic review on Distributor’s and other related vendors’ performance based on agreed performance metric.
- Manage minimum order quantity (MOQ), supply lead time, inventory replenishment to Distributor, trade return, inventory obsolesces and new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure timely supply availability to customers with demand forecast and other information or updates provided for supply and sales planning.
- Chair & conduct monthly demand review and sales & operation planning (S&OP) meeting with various stakeholders, e.g. Commercial, Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Quality Affairs (QA) team.
- Ensure supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and consistently improves forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias.
- Monthly validation on Distributor’s billing documents.
- Work closely with Finance team relating to sales and expenses planning, internal & external audits; as well as other financial related matters.
- Review respective agreements with supplying plants, local distributor and vendors.
- Other ad hoc task, if required by management.
**QUALIFICATION / ATTRIBUTES**
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years related industry experience; especially in demand planning, inventory management and vendor management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- SAP hands on experience in SD and MM module. Well-versed in data analytics techniques will be added advantage.
