**Essential Job Functions**

**Marketing & Insights**
- To support and promote Branding and Image of the company
- To use marketing efforts to support/achieve the organisational goals of the company
- Manage cross-department teams to support marketing efforts & goals
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns/promotion
- Create EDMs, Written, Graphic, and Video Contents
- Manage social media platforms, website
- Create, Update & Amend client pitching presentations
- Carry out market research, identify trends, and test hypothesis with surveys if necessary
- Present data and other insights in a coherent manner
- Regular and timely updates to databases to ensure accuracy of data from various sources
- Explore marketing collaborations with vendors & existing clients
- Plan, execute, and coordinate events & exhibitions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as part of a marketing team;
- Preferably proficiency in Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress,Magento, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or equivalent
- Able to work effectively independently;
- Excellent communication skills; Good presentation skills
- Organised and meticulous with details and processes.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Has a curious mind, is outgoing and energetic
