We are a Lighting/Rigging/Media product distributor or wholesaler for the entertainment market. Our customers include:

- Theatres for Performing Arts
- MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Convention, Exhibition)
- Theme parks
- Hybrid Broadcast for VR, MR, XR
- Houses of Worship
- Filming and TV production
- Large scale events and concert production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to the Technicial Manager. Our techncial department emphasis on quality after sales service for our customer in the region. This position is responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing of audio visual equipments.This position reports to the Technicial Manager. - Ensure daily service activities are carried out in accordance to service procedures
- To liaise with service coordinator and relevant suppliers
- Provide prompt service to customer, gives technical advice and solutions for defects reported on product related issues
- Responsible to service and repair the machines assigned and update the repair status to customer timely
- Ensure proper reports of service done on site are recorded and well kept
- Conduct training to end customer when required
- Attend fault and maintenance on site when needed
- Understand and familiar with the various lighting equipment that we are distributing
- Perform proper packing and safe transportation of equipment
- Event execution, setting up and operate equipment and system
- Troubleshoot, able to rectify faults in equipment

REQUIREMENT:

- Polytechnic Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electronic/ Electrical/ IT related fields
- Technical knowledge eg software, electronic, electrical or computer repair skill
- Able to diagnose the issue of the faulty equipment and provide solution to it.
- Interpersonal skill.
