**PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a dynamic IT professional to join our regional team as a Solution Architect. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in converting opportunities into signed contracts and implementations. In addition, you will be tasked with gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer needs, build prototypes, create solution architecture, demonstrate solutions to customers, create proposals and implement solutions. Furthermore, you will be responsible in managing technical communities across the region and conduct regular trainings/ webinars to expand technical expertise in the APAC region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Gather functional requirements from customers and develop technical design
- Map customer requirements to the Company offerings portfolio describing solution and scope of work
- Building opportunities / pipeline through consulting of customers alongside the Sales teams
- Assist sales by positioning Company's strengths and capabilities in front of customers
- Verifying bid documents for alignment with the sales story
- Prepares, presents and conveys the customers benefit of solutions in bid presentations and documents
- Participate in contract negotiations, to bridge possible gaps between legal, technical, and commercial solution

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of device solutions like printers/scanners is an advantage
- Experience in any programming / scripting languages like Python, C# etc.,
- Experience using web technologies such as Java script, HTML 5 and CSS.
- Certifications in scrum is preferred (Certified Scrum Master)
- Experience working with document/content management systems is strongly preferred
- Experience with test automations using Selenium / C# Web Automation
- Proven ability to communicate ideas, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in responding to RFPs, developing winning bids, articulating ROI and creating technical proposals / SOWs
- Self-confident and able to manage customer engagements effectively
- Experience creating Technical Documentation (Solution Architecture, Deployment Diagrams, etc.)
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Highly motivated self-starter, willing to travel
