OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the project delivery and execution and ensure the anticipated quality and construction standards are met in a timely manner.

Focusing on execution delivery’s perspective, he/she shall manage and deliver the project within the expected project schedule and quality. Team leading, in depth level of organizing the team’s day-to-day operational work and represent the organization in delivery operation excellence.

**What you will do**:

- Handle day to day operation, project delivery, shipments and logistics, construction sequence, constructability and manage cleanroom compliance and protocol.
- Meeting up with clients to manage complains and issues on site
- Attending of weekly construction meetings with project managers
- Monitor, control and push subcontractors on site to meet the construction schedule and quality standard
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement
- Identifying potential construction related problems, site issues and points of friction, working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency

**What we look for**:

- Above 10 years working experience in construction
- Extensive project execution in a clean room environment industry with good knowledge of good installation practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in implementing change management in the operation process and uplifting the SOM growth
