**Description**:

- The Marine Controller shall give his whole time to the management of the works, particularly, in the planning and implementation of the controls, program, and communication for the safe movement and operations of all vessels in the project site.

**Requirement:
- The Marine Controller to be appointed shall possess a **Master Mariner’s Certificate Class 1 **(or equivalent) or pilotage qualification with a **minimum of five (5) years **of working experience in related projects.
- He should possess good knowledge of the **operation procedures for marine projects **, particularly on the **mining methodology of grab dredgers, trailers suction hopper dredgers, cutter suction dredgers, **and **3 in 1 conveyer barges **, etc.
- He should also have detailed knowledge and a sound understanding of the **Port Marine Safety Code **and a knowledge of the current legislation of Singapore
