The incumbent performs the assigned processes to fulfil customers’ orders as per daily schedules. It involves loading/unloading of finished / delivery goods in a timely manner and arranges finished/delivery goods with correct locations to facilitate easy access of retrieval of the right cable drums. It also includes assisting the driver in fulfilling customers’ orders per delivery schedule.

All Processes
- Receive work instructions from superiors which include but are not limited to:

- Carry out loading and unloading of containers according to work instructions
- Carry out scrapping of cable
- Dismantle/fix wooden drums
- Respond promptly to sales personnel’s queries on process status and requests and escalate to superior for decision making

For Cutting
- Carry out cutting operations according to work instructions.
- Repair damaged cables (if any) during the cutting process
- Perform loading/unloading of finished goods and retrieval of cable drums for cutting process as assigned.

For Picking and Delivery
- Carry out picking and packing operations according to work instructions.
- Check correct items are picked and packed before loading.
- Carry out loading and unloading of goods from/to delivery vehicle.
- Contacts customers about their delivery schedules.
